There are lots of reasons to hire Ms Smith as a Event Consultant/ Planner if you're planning a party. Ms Smith can help coordinate the details of a small, intimate (Personal Party) to large-scale galas. An experienced party consultant/ planner can also bring your vision of the event to life, point you in the right direction or suggest an idea when you have no idea what you want for the party theme so that your party will be unforgettable.
Ms Smith has fun planning events, but also know it's a lot of work and involves coordination with use of a variety of vendors to bring it all together. Fortunately, Ms Smith works with vendors on events all the time so you benefit from her connections.
Even if you don't want a consultant/ planner to plan the entire event, Ms Smith can provide coordinating services for that day to guidance and assistance as you need it. Take advantage of her experience with helping you plan your event.

*All contracts include a photo release, we will have a photographer present that will capture those special moments of you and the team. You will receive access to our "Event Photo Site" where you and your guest can purchased those pictures. You and your guest will have access to these photos 1/2 weeks after the event and will stay on our site for 60 days from the post date Select pictures that we take will be added to out portfilio.

1-hour rehearsal (décor drop and ceremony rehearsal) led by your day-of coordinator

2-hour on-site photo session with your photographer before your wedding day for bridal portraits, an engagement session, or whatever you’d like!
